The first solution started with a solid foundation of new and improved in-product templates. As we refreshed the templates, we realized we should also re-think our template approach, creating upgrade opportunities and improving UX/UI within the template browsing experience. That brought us to the second solution, to improve the template picker UX/UI to enhance the customer experience and provide additional upsell opportunities for the Professional Services Team.
